General Information
What are the check-in and check-out timings?
Check-in is from 12 PM to 10 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.
What ID proofs are required for check-in?
Guests can check in using any local or outstation government-issued ID proof. (PAN cards are not accepted.)
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash and UPI at the property. Cards can only be used for online bookings.
Will I be sharing the property with other guests?
Yes, the property is shared with other guests. Please be respectful of everyone’s space and privacy.
Accommodation & Amenities
What room facilities can I expect?
All rooms have mountain views, a seating area, a desk, electric kettle, a private bathroom with modern toiletries, a rain shower, bathroom slippers, a wardrobe, and luggage assistance.
Do you provide room service and housekeeping?
Yes, both services are available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM.
Is laundry or ironing service available?
Yes, both are available on request and are chargeable.
Do you have 24x7 hot and cold running water?
Yes, but during winters, the water in pipes may freeze. In such cases, hot water in buckets will be provided.

Can I bring outside food and drinks?
No, outside food and drinks are not allowed on the property.
Do you have a restaurant on-site?
Yes, we have an in-house restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining. We serve Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisine. Since all meals are freshly prepared, please allow some time for service.
Is there a bar on the property?
Yes, we have a nice outdoor bar serving a variety of premium drinks.

Is the property pet-friendly?
Yes, we welcome pets. However, guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Moreover, pets are only allowd in the stone house cottages and not in the Safari Tents. To make the stay comfortqable for your furry friend, we will provide a pet bed.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have a private parking to help you park your cars safely.
Where can I smoke on the property?
Smoking is not allowed in the safari tent, but is permitted outside your luxury tent.

Do you allow children to stay for free?
Yes, children up to 6 years of age can stay for free.
What are the charges for an extra bed?
An extra bed costs ₹1500 to ₹3000 per person per night (depending on the time of year).
